Returns Policy
If you are having an issue with an item you purchased from us, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. As we want to provide a solution to you.
Refunds
Please ensure you read the description of the item and choose carefully as we do not offer refunds in most cases.
Repairs and Maintenance
In the event that an item is damaged, we may offer complimentary repairs at our discretion where the damage is determined to be the result of an accident or a manufacturing defect. Complimentary repairs generally apply to jewellery and textile items. Repairs for timber products and mosaics are typically not covered under this offer and may incur a service fee.
We also provide maintenance and restoration services for chopping boards and other timber items, including products not originally purchased from us. Pricing for these services is assessed on a case-by-case basis, with an average cost of approximately $30 for a standard-sized board.
Pick-up, drop-off, or postal arrangements can be organised for repair and maintenance services. Please note that postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Local pick-up or drop-off may be arranged where possible.
If you require a vegan finish, please let us know in advance. Our standard finish uses Australian beeswax, which is both food-safe and antibacterial.
To request a repair or maintenance service, please provide clear photographs of the item for assessment.
Once received, we will review the details and advise on the next steps.
Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes we may offer the opportunity to exchange your item with something of the same or lower value from the store. Alternatively a store credit for the same or lower value of the item may be given. Generally this option must be used within 6 months of being distributed to the customer. If you are unsure when your store credit is due for expiry please reach out and we should be able to help you.
